Foundiqo stores account information, organization and brand profile data, public website scan results, prompt run inputs and outputs, generated reports, billing metadata, and usage analytics when enabled.

Foundiqo does not crawl private pages by default, does not store payment card data directly, and redacts secret-like values from exports and report delivery metadata.

Account data export and deletion endpoints cover brands, audits, prompts, prompt runs, reports, generated AI files, proof records, offers, and domain verification records. Billing records are retained only as required by the payment provider or law.
